Being a keen runner, I had heard about the potential reduction in inflammation that could be enjoyed in the muscles and joints after exercise when removing dairy from the diet.

I stopped drinking dairy after it was pointed out to me that humans are the only species who consume the milk of another species. Curious, I researched this further and couldn't find any health or moral reason to continue consuming dairy.

I had been conditioned throughout my youth to believe that milk was a health food and the evidence suggests completely the opposite.

Since removing animal products from my diet two years ago I have never looked back, going from running two-three times a week to six. And now suffer none of the aches and pains I used to after going out for a run.
