I had IBS for 20 years. It ruined many a day and good night. I would regularly experience pain, bloating, and diarrhoea.

Six weeks after swapping dairy for plant-based alternatives my symptoms were gone.

Four years later and I've never had a flare-up.

Swapping dairy led me to become vegan, which is the healthiest decision I've made for both my mental and physical health.
